Email us at easycue.support@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send private videos unless we explicitly request them.

Camera, microphone, or Photos permissions

EasyCue needs camera and microphone access to record. It only requests Photos access when you choose to save a finished video. You can review permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security on your iPhone.

Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases in EasyCue after installing the app on another device with the same Apple Account. Apple manages billing, receipts, and refund requests.

Saved videos

Videos are saved locally. If you choose Save, the final file is added to Photos. Check available device storage and Photos permissions if saving fails.
